Yea. Just like how he's starting to attend church on Sundays. What a miserable excuse for a "leader".

There was NOTHING in that bill to put US workers on equal footing with foreign workers.
1-2 years of not paying payroll taxes ? Gimme a break. And those payroll taxes were going to come out of the general fund..which means WE, the taxpayers, had to reimburse the government.

It's not just the hourly wage that comes into consideration for labor costs.
We cannot compete with China, India, Malaysia, Vietnam in terms of labor costs..total labor costs.

Oh, right. The Republicans, huh? The Repubicans can't stop anything. The Democrats (now known as the "Progressives") have total control. They can do whatever they want. They do not need the Republicans.

Then again, nobody has ever accused liberals of being in touch with reality. This is another fine example of how out of touch with reality they truly are.
Most customer service and softwre programming and engineering positions are NOT unionized. Research jobs are NOT unionized and all these jobs are being outsourced.

What was done with NAFTA has been harming the workers here for quite awhile & someone should finally be looking at the interests of our own workers.
It is entirely about liberals and their blatant anti-business, anti-American mentality. This is a perfect example of what I mean:

Businesses are leaving the US because of high taxes and a hostile anti-business government, so what is your solution? Become even more hostile toward business and tax them even more. Brilliant! Spoken like a true liberal.

The real question is, when will you understand and look at the harm liberals have already done to our country? Not to worry, I am not holding my breath.

Unions and their members only want fair pay for their work.

However management and the corporate elite destroy jobs via automation and outsourcing.

Do you really think if unions were eliminated that suddenly there would be good paying jobs for everyone??? Would you like to go back to the 1800s. Workers were really well paid then.

An anti business policy seems to be a policy where workers get paid more than minimum wage even if stockholders and management make a little less. Wow, how unamerican

Shows how out of touch and naive conservatives are.

AHHH I get it........you are so blinded by your hatred of liberals you cannot focus on what would be possible solutions to the problems in this country. It doesn't matter to you because it will always be the fault of liberals.
Republicans are never wrong in your world......hahahaahha
Sheesh......
I believe we should start with reversing the tax credits that businesses who outsource get.

And they'll just open a subsidary in that country and hire local.
Or they'll move their operations like GM did.

You can't force companies to hire US workers. Anyway..don't the Dems HATE the corporation ?
