Maybe, but i haven't seen one. I'm one of those people who have two uses for a cellphone....to call out and receive calls. Mine is usually off most of the time anway.

For over thirty years I was on a pager or cell phone due to work requirements. I remember getting a page and pulling off at the nearest freeway exit to find a public phone. I remember cell phones the size of cinder blocks. When I retired I cut off my cell phone service but keep the cell phones in my cars for emergency use.(911) Most people don't know you don't need a cell phone plan to call 911 and it has a GPS locator built in. All at no charge. It didn't take me long to realize that I didn't need one at all and I'm not that important.

Mine has no cam, it is really just a phone, no more no less, and good at it. The last time I turned it on was about 6 weeks ago, and only for a minute

Easily. My cell phone doesn't have a camera, that's what film is for.

Quality over quantity. Most of the new McMansions are shoddily made with cheap materials. They aren't going to last a hundred years like brownstones in the city without a large amount of renovation and investment.

Myself I would rather buy a loft in the city to design at my pleasure, which is quite a way off at this rate.

You can get them without cameras & since they don't have cameras they are super cheap. Sprint was actually giving away a very basic Samsung phone for free with a 2-yr. contract.

I own a house that is 950sqft, and would hate to own anything bigger. My highest heating bill to date is $42, I don't have to worry about cleaning, I have a patio, but no yard to worry about (I am two blocks away from a park, so I can hang out there and never have to mow a lawn!). I have two bedrooms, and office and plenty of space to entertain...I have seating for nine people in my family room without bringing any extra chairs in. Why would I want to spend all day every weekend working on a house when I could be out actually enjoying myself? Someone mentioned a 1000sqft master bedroom...why?? Do you sleep in your bedroom or play tennis in it?

Currently I have a good 15" screen and I like it I hope it will last till 2020.
When you get things like xbox, playstation, wii etc, with more than 1 person playing on the same screen, a 2-3 foot screen is far too small.. Get 4 people playing and that gives each player an 18 inch screen.. Not a chance..

But put a 4 player combat game on the 10 foot screen we have, and that gives each player 2 1/2 feet, which is the size you mentioned..

Lets also understand that the kids want to now play video games at the same time the parents want to watch the news. When I was growing up, it was 1 tv per home, and you watched what your dad wanted, and then got to play pong on the tv when he was done...

We have 8 tv's in the house now, and we dont have cable. We did hook most of the tv's up to the internet though, but thats another story. (hey, something has to be cut back on to pay the bills) Its not that we watch a lot of tv, its we want a tv where we want it. When I'm in the office, i want to watch a movie, when I'm in the bedroom and want to watch a movie, its there.. outside on the patio, yep.. tv there.. Kids want to play xbox while I'm watching tv.. not a problem..
