Anyone else not voting for this guy besides me? If he happens to run, that is.

According to Huckleberry, Portman (who is engaged to the father and is a very well-off self supporting accomplished professional) being pregnant is a terrible moral offense.

I missed his outrage over Bristol Palin's little HS pregnancy episode.

What's up, Huck?

The fact is whenever a female has her first child she becomes dependent on others.

Maybe it is the others she will depend on is who she should take a look at.

Do we the taxpayers pay for any services you might use? If we do, then following your logic it is indeed our business to scrutinize and criticize how YOU conduct YOUR life.

If you have kids, and they go to public school, by your logic we the taxpayers have a right to come into your home and make sure you're making the most of our tax dollars. Do you make sure the homework is done and correct? Feed the kids only nutritional and healthy food so they are at their optimum while using our tax dollars? You probably do this already, but seeing as you're using our tax dollars to educate them then surely it's our business. Should we decide for you what their bedtime should be and what stories you should read them, to make sure our tax dollars are being used correctly by you?

We the taxpayer pay for any number of things that are used by private citizens. I say we should have a say in how everybody conducts all aspects of their lives. After all, if they're using our money, it must be our business.

Bristol didn't flaunt it ! Matter of fact it was treated with the utmost seriousness by the Palin family. Bristol even said that what she did was wrong and urged kids not to do what she did!!

THAT'S DIFFERENCE.

PORTMAN?? NOT SO MUCH....SHE IS PROUD OF THIS......And it sets an example for her young fans.

Please back up your assertion with anything that Portman has mentioned about her condition being ideal.

Dan Quayle was ridiculed for his Murphy Brown moment!!

But after 30 years of unwed and poor mothers with kids, he has proven to be a sage!

Why is this Mr. Huckabee's business? Is he being asked to support the child in any way or Ms. Portman? I think not, so why the moral outrage? Mr. H must be having a slow day or wasnt in the news much lately.

Such a bad example. Harvard educated, millions of dollars in the bank, engaged to the baby's father, Oscar winner, no run-ins with the law, no evidence of substance abuse - all at the age of 30. Dreadful example. Woe to the young fans who might follow in her footsteps.

Bristol Palin... *crickets*.
