Curious why I haven't heard any news reports of looting, rioting or civil unrest in Japan? Japan not only suffered a Tsunami/Flooding, but also an 8.9 quake?
I could answer that question, but I would get infracted for sure. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come to a rational answer.
As bad as what he said was, it's true. The black population is more prone to violence. I don't like that statistic, but it is a fact. People need to face up to facts. And yes, the Japanese population is VERY homogeneous, that's why you won't see looting and crime.
Are you here to dispel what happened after Katrina, and even later, when their large black population moved into Houston and crime INCREASED?
Black people are just as intelligent and capable as any other race on this planet. I've met so many black people levels above me in intelligence it is embarrassing. But as a race, and probably due to how they were treated and beaten down for more than a hundred years, many of them are in poor shape.
The Democrats feeding them welfare for decade after decade has also led to their decline.
I am not superior to anyone, regardless of their race. And as I have stated, I have met many, MANY black people who put me to shame.
It's all about how society has treated a certain race. And most CERTAINLY, keeping the black population down by giving them handouts through welfare and encouraging single mothers by DEMOCRATS has done exactly that.

Oh please. Those low-life scumbag thieves were stealing anything of value. What they were stealing was not essentials for survival. You know that, and I know that. But...you won't admit it. That says a lot!!! And the relation differences just continue on...and on...and on.
