Don't feed the troll anymore.

He's either just trolling, or if not, he's not going to understand the answers he gets anyway.

Actually, you indicated that you thought it was illegal so you were debating that.

Oh god what is this I don't even

Flag burning and the burning of religious texts are totally legal in and of themselves. They are both needlessly inflammatory and people who aren't extremist trolls would not engage in or condone either activities.

Of this individual's many apparent crimes, burning the flag is not one. And since a dual citizen is, for all intents and purposes a US citizen, stripping him of citizenship is a stupid and implausible suggestion, especially for a number of misdemeanors.

LOL! The Supreme Court of the United States of America

Ruling:
Texas vs. Johnson

Texas v. Johnson | The Oyez Project at IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law

You should also read the constitution and report back to us on what article you find deals with the flag itself.

trolling I am sure. but the good news is I just re-read the constitution.

It was fun! every American ought to do that a couple times a year!

God bless you and yours! I served too and well remember the oath I took to support and defend the constitution!
