Come on... The only person who has seen this offending tweet just so happens to be somebody who's been obsessed with Weiner and accusing him of inappropriate behavior? That's lack of critical thinking taken to the Birther-level.
Oh my. He's retained a "private" attorney? Ummm....dear Mr. Weiner, if your social networking account(s) were hacked, that is a matter for the police/FBI....not a private attorney.
Let me guess, they will investigate fully, determine who the hacker(s) is and let the matter go....quietly..into the night.
He's digging even deeper cause HE KNOWS if he gets the police involved, he will be exposed for not just the creep that he is, but also a liar.

using a Yahoo account if I remember correctly.
