Someone is going to get some charges filed against them. Hacking an account and sending obscene pictures can land you in big trouble.

That's not what should have happened. Usually, the normal response to a hacking of multiple accounts would be to involve the police/FBI, involve FB and twitter, but his accounts are still intact, they haven't been closed by either FB or twitter to investigate.
The options they are exploring is to shut up and pray this goes away - that is OBVIOUS by his new comments.

I'm not sure why you have such a vested interest in this case? Unless you did the hacking and sending of the photos, you have nothing to worry about. Hacking cases take a long time to unfold. There's a digital trail and finding out what actions to take means going over the options first.
Based on everything coming out in the news it sure does seem like the only hack involved here is Democrat Anthony Wiener. What a great ending to an annoying little weasel of a man.
