The guy shot was shot while shooting it out with the local cops. Well documented...Not he had a gun or something. He was running through a peopled area and firing at the cops.

His history was a recent arrival from Seattle where he had a conviction for pimpling invlving forcing a thirteen year old to perform fellatio and was sought by the Seattle police for the murder of a pregnant 19 year old.

Thats why witnesses at the scene claim they saw no gun or shots fired by the victim. That's why no gun was found at the scene and some people (I wonder who they are) speculate some unknown passerby picked up the gun and melted in to the crowd!!!!! Of Course!!!, right in front of cops who just gunned this guy down.

So again your position is lets say what a scumbag this guy we murdered is to justify shooting him down in the streets.

Again, dont' we have courts. Isn't it your job lawman to bring 'em in and let the courts and a jury of their peers judge them?

Or again, is it your position that cops have a right to dispense lethal justice on the streets because people who have not been convicted of a crime will later be accused of heinous acts after they are murdered by the police.

Yea, he ran from the 270 lb a$$hole that chased him. Then stopped and raised his hands while the cop slammed him into a wall head first.
