Alleged victims said Kevin Clash had sexually abused them more than 10 years ago
The three men brought lawsuits against him but cases were thrown out
The cases have been dismissed for a second time at Court of Appeal
Clash resigned from Sesame Street when allegations first surfaced
However, Clash is still facing legal action as Pennsylvania man, Sheldon Stephens is suing the actor claiming he smoked crystal meth as he sexually abused him when he was only 16.
They really tried to suppress the release of this documentary film.
Keep an eye out for it.

The spotlight again will be trained on the alleged sexual abuse of minors by powerful Hollywood players when Amy Berg's disturbing new documentary, An Open Secret, debuts at the DOC NYC film festival in New York on Nov. 14.
Here's a link to an article which states the film would not be released:
Quote:
The first press screening of Amy Berg’s An Open Secret, a documentary about child sexual abuse and exploitation in Hollywood, has been canceled at the request of the film's rights holder.
Yes, believable, no sarcasm here. You realize that child sexual abuse often results in substance abuse and other problems all through the victim's life?
Abuse comes in many other forms that are equally damaging. Jackie Cooper, one of the most famous child actors, once couldn't cry on command, so the director had a stagehand grab his beloved dog, and carry the dog out of sight, while the director threatened to shoot the dog if Cooper didn't cry. Then another hand shot off a blank, causing Jackie to go into hysterics.
it left him with a lifelong trauma, and Cooper as an adult became instrumental in the creating of the first child actor's protective laws on the books.
Let me tell you about Corey Feldman. In the 90s, when Feldman was on probation for cocaine abuse, he was invited to my home town to speak out against drugs on the recommendation of his lawyer. He was given a $9,000 allowance to cover his expenses for speaking, and he gave a long anit-drug lecture to several thousand kids.
Then he went back to his hotel suite, coked up, trashed the suite, and left without paying the bill. When he was back home, he made a big joke out of the incident to the press and called all the kids suckers and hicks.
And he never apologized afterward for anything he did here. As far as I'm concerned, he amply deserves all the career failure he can get.
Does the documentary mention anything about the latest Hollywood pedo to be exposed, Lena Dunham? Or is going after female pedos who prey on girls too un-PC?
I'm going to watch the program to see what he has to say.
Of course there's only so much he CAN actually divulge because there's an unspoken code of "honor" that you never speak out publicly about anyone in the industry if you're "in" the industry.
Like the old saying goes... "you'll never work in this town again"...
There are others who have made the same claims as he has.
There's so much garbage going on in Hollywood that if people really knew what the truth is, there'd be a congressional investigation.
Just by saying even this little bit he has guaranteed that he will never work again.
Its a long history in Hollywood of under age control that has changed thru the years if you research.
