That's his problem. I don't know anyone who has done that. People around my way can't live on unemployment.
Actually it's MY problem and I am pretty angry about it. I'm renting a room from him and he's been living on the rent I've been paying. He doesn't even own the house, he rents it and then rents out the extra rooms while collecting enough rent to live for free.
His idea of getting out of the house is a booze run, and all day I gotta listen to *** *** ***, people fighting (they drink and then fight), loud tv, barking dog, stomp stomp stomp, and cough cough cough hack retch belch...and the refrigerator ice dispenser which he uses day and night.
The more I hear from Cain, the more of an idiot he comes off as being.
Blame the poor or those who lost jobs for their own misfortunes.
If you don't have a job and you're not rich, it's your fault.

This country has gone straight to hell.
What I find funny is that the Party of "FREE" and Hey quit your job and we will take care of you crap is what has caused this softness! They are to blame for this. The GOP holds people accountable and think they should be responsible for themselves and to work for what they get.

I agree on this one, but I would submit that they are missing the mark by going to the White House/Capitol. They need to go protest on K Street. That's where the bagmen for these bought and paid for politicians hand out the loot to sell out the American people. Government has no business dealing with lobbyist. It just corrupts them from their primary responsibility to the American people.
Sadly that is the system we are with. Lobbyists fill the campaign coffers because it costs a fortune to retain seats. All the more reason for term limits. That would eliminate many of these types of issues. Plus many are elected and spend half their time in office working on their re-election campaign instead of doing their jobs.
Nah, that's too socialist. The Repubs would rather cut the budgets of the public transportation, cut the routes and access and increase the fares - and then complain about how "they" don't want to make the effort to get to where the few jobs out there are.
So how do you feel about obama increasing Air travel fees?

Buses guzzle gas and contribute to global warming too. Maybe invest in some company working on a "beam me up scotty" system. Wonder if Obama will give em money like solyndra?

If he's such a drain on society, and you're such a productive one, why are you living in his place?
He's taking advantage of the conservative mantra - generate passive income. To me, he sounds like the consummate entrepreneur. You should be singing his praises.
The whole "Occupy Wall Street" thing should be added to the next Stuff White People Like book, along with (if it wasn't in the last incarnation) "Supporting Barack Obama."
What I see are a bunch of whiny liberals who feel entitled to a $200K philosophy-major education
and, while they can quote Descartes out the wazoo, do not have enough common sense to realize
that Washington is where their beef should be, if they're going to whine at anyone about how they failed to make their goals happen.
