Wall St. engineered an entire economy based on artificial derivatives and credit.
They bought off the government, and had people like Brooksley Born who did stand up and try to protect the public silenced.
They are guilty of the biggest conspiracy to defraud the American public that has ever been perpetrated.
The world economy was brought to its knees as a result of what these bastards have done. Millions of people have lost everything they worked a lifetime to build.
Stop feeling as if you are somehow superior to those who have not been as lucky as you to be in position to pay your bills and debts. You could easily be in their position. None of us are immune from devastation in this economy.
The guilty need to be punished, and the government needs to be put back under the control of the people.
Bravo!!!

Politicians manage to get a lot of money for campaigns, yet only about 2-3% of American people, send them any money.

Whiny, pathetic, self-absorbed, clueless losers! There are plenty of jobs out there if you are willing to WORK, not sit in mommy's basement on the computer, smoking dope. NO ONE told you to major in such useless subjects as Theatre Arts, or social work. What kind of job prospects did you think you would have ???
We now have "the world owes me a living generation", not surprising, given that their parents are often unreconstructed 60's burnouts, and "true believers.
What a bunch of wankers!

In the private sector, tons of software engineers are getting laid off.
No doubt about it, the engineering field has taken a big hit. These are the types of people and professions that i'm able to extend a bit of sympathy for. That is....if these same engineers didn't take out mortgages they could't afford on top of unnecessarily high student loans from that top tier university that it was not necessary to attend. If that's the case, then I don't have any sympathy at all. Bad life decisions don't get subsidized...not if I have any say in the matter!

So if Wall Street is destroyed do you think they will get the free stuff they're demanding?

The usual group of leftist organizers are behind this Astroturf movement.

I support their right to peacefully protest but I think they are sorely delusional and misguided.
