Stopped the removal of a Tyrant using force, after all that would have been the only other choice. The right has never met a Tyrant or Dictator they didn't think they could use, why do you think America was so loved in the middle-east, we always backed those that terrorized the actual people of the nations there.

Yeah, remember when those "rebels" had the sympathy of the world..and then WE found out AQ was involved with the rebel effort. Still, they found sympathy from some and others changed their opinion because they really didn't want to be fighting a civil war for AQ's benefit.

How soon our memories of the WARNINGS fade.

The fact is...MANY, MANY people warned of this exact outcome if mubarak was pushed out too soon.

It was predictable to those that know the region.

Can't help that Quaddafi thought of obama as a MUSLIM BROTHER or that Calypso Louis thought the same.

You deny he hasn't appeased the Iranians?

You have obama's OWN WORDS, claiming the MB and radical elements would NOT come to power and they HAVE.

Seems you should be upset at HIM for LYING.

The facts on the ground today are the radical islamists have taken over, something we were told would not happen.

Try and deal with that instead of blaming others for the consequences of obama's foreign policy decisions.

Just because a county is ruled by Islamist does not mean it will turn into the next Iran. Alot of nice countries like Malaysia, UAE, Quatar, and Kuwait are ruled by Islamist governments and have certain segments of Sharia Law and the Koran written into their constitution. All of those countries are very stable, and wealthy.

But I see you have NOTHING to say about what obama said, do you? Please, tell me you acknowledge obama was WRONG in his assessment.

This thread is about the consequences of US foreign policy....and the RISE of the radicals under obama's leadership.
So, let's cut to the chase here, what do you believe should have done, Invade Egypt?

You are sooo wrong. We decided Gaddafi not only go, but be killed. We dropped most of the bombs. We even used bio-weapons on them. This devastation and genocide would never have happened but for our invasion. The majority of people supported Gaddafi's Green Movement and still do, but they can't say so out loud. A United States of Africa was his end-goal.We have installed the TNC, which will continue to wreak havoc on the native peoples. It was a direct democracy under Gaddafi, now it will be extremist Islamic oppression. The media is not telling the truth about Libya or about Iran. When countries exert too much soveriegnty and independence, we force regime change - it's simple as that. It's our way or no way. People are disposable tools.

Based on obama's/Left/dems previous statements....NOTHING should have been done in the Egyptian civil war.

Used to be the conventional wisdom was the US should not get involved in other country's civil wars. Used to be.

Why don't you just come out and say what anyone who has waded through 15 pages of your ravings knows to be true.

"Obama was wrong, wrong, wrong for doing [insert current subject of rant here]!!! Oh, and if Obama should happen to do the opposite of what I was just ranting about, well, then, forget what I just said, because he's wrong, wrong wrong for doing that, instead!"

Basically, anything Obama says or does is wrong. Really, that's your position, right? (It's okay, you can admit it. We all know it already anyway.)

Then Obama did what you wanted, he did nothing, words were all that were ever issued, no troops, no planes, nothing. So what is all the fussing about
