As of 1866 - the Civil Rights Act. That's nearly a century AFTER the drafting of the Constitution.
It's useless InformedConsent. You are dealing with people with marxist views who want to help Obama subvert the Constution. To think institutions like Westpoint have had these type people infiltrate our military system is shocking. There applicant system needs to be overhauled and these type people should be considered dangerous to our democracy and monitored as much as possible.

So you're claiming now that statute can amend the Constitution?
What in the Constitution are you claiming was amended by a statute?

This is laughable. A state court judge has no authority to order the President to do anything. The court lacks jurisdiction, and its ruling is a nullity. If this loon persists, the case will be removed to the United States District Court, and dismissed.

Frankly (pun intended ), I'm surprised anyone is willing to sully West Point's reputation in this manner. I hope the relevant people are taking note. Continuously displaying ignorance compounded with lack of logic is a poor representation of the type of education that institution of higher learning provides.

Here we go again with your lie - there are no such thing as 14th amendment citizens

Real courts with REal judges and REAL lawyers do not agree with your position,.

And the only people to use "14th Amendment citizen" canards are racists, neo nazi's and white supremacists groups to justify that black Americans are not real citizens.

Nonsense...The Supreme Court in Clinton v. Jones decided that POTUS is not immune from civil courts.

No we are dealing with ignorant people, who wish to rewrite 200 years of history against one man, who was nothing more than born to a middle class American family, who happens to be half black.

the only people who have shown any type of stubborn views are birthers, seeing as they have based their ENTIRE lie, on the "what is the middle name of Barack Obama" question of known right wing nut jobs. Nutty theories born of nuttiness on a nut job website.
