Wow. That's a lot of phone calls you made. Forgive me if I don't believe you. Below are the companies that have moved from advertising.

Sleep Number, The Sleep Train, Quicken Loans, Legal Zoom, Citrix, Carbonite, ProFlowers, Tax Resolution, AOL, Bonobos, Sears, Allstate Insurance, Sensa, Bare Escentuals, Vitacost, Hadeed Carpet, Thompson Creek Windows, PolyCom, Service Magic, AccuQuote Life Insurance, Geico, John Deere, Stamps.com, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center

So, you are going to buy a mattress from Sleep Number or Sleep Train?
Refinance with Quicken Loans?
Get a will drawn up with Legal Zoom?
Do you need any software from Citrix?
Get your computer backed up from Carbonite?
Buy some flowers?
Get your taxes done from Tax Resolution?
Sign up with AOL?
Buy mens clothes?
Get stuff from Sears? What?
Who will be your insurance carrier? AllState, Geico or AccuQuote?
Replace any Windows from Thompson Creek?
Buy a tractor from John Deere?
Order Stamps? People still use those?
Carpeting from Hadeed Carpet?

You won't use more than two or three of the companies above anyway.

Ok, then I guess he was making sure not to include himself then, huh? Since he was abusing "legal" drugs and all, I guess that makes him somehow "better."

How about the fact that he was getting those "legal" drugs by illegal means? Doctor shopping and sending his housekeeper out to get them from street dealers?

As long as the drugs are "legal," then it doesn't matter how they're acquired?

Hmmmmmmm?????

No, Obama was into illegal cocaine and still wipes his nose a lot like he still uses.
Rush had in the past been to two rehab places to beat the problem which he got from spine damage.

You left something out... the legal drug he was abusing (Oxycontin)... would have ever started using it had he not had severe back pain and an unsuccessful back surgery? I think you know the answer? Hmmmmmmm???

Good point.
People bash Rush for taking Oxycontin and Viagra... what about Obama's past cocaine use? Oh, wait, he is a Democrat so he gets a free pass. I forgot!

Well, as someone who has been on some pretty heavy duty pain medicine myself after multiple surgeries, I know my doctors limited the length of time they would prescribe them so that I wouldn't develop a dependency.

How come Rush's doctors didn't show the same precaution?

Oh, never mind. I'm not some fat, rich loud mouth who could afford to doctor shop or pay top dollar on the streets for "legal" drugs.

No matter how you want to whitewash it, he broke the law - at the same time he was practically condemning others to death for the same thing.

There's no indication that President Obama's use of cocaine was anything but in his youthful past while there may be some indication that Rush could be back using - if his recent behavior is any indication.

Some people get addicted to prescription drugs and some don't. It doesn't change the fact that Rush only took Oxycontin due to back pain. He never would have taken it otherwise. A big difference from those who take drugs for "kicks" or "fun" (Pres. Obama, for example).

Obama broke the law, too, when he was using cocaine (an illegal drug). And Obama is the "president!"

He did use it, though. I never used any illegal or mind-altering drugs in my youth. Your claim that Rush is still using Oxycontin is just that, a claim with nothing to back it up.

I'm pretty sure that when you buy a "legal" drug "illegally," that makes you a criminal - even though Rush was able to buy himself out of actually being charged.

We'll see if it turns out that he's back using (and breaking the law). I suspect that with all this new attention, people are going to be watching for any signs that he's back on the dope, and if he is, just how many prescriptions he "legally" has (wouldn't more than one of the same 'script be illegal?).

Maybe he is, maybe he isn't. I've never said that I know for a fact that he is.

Aren't most drug abusers using perscription drugs? The fantasy that all "drug addicts" are sitting on a street corner shooting up is funny.
