chuckle... those crappy snapshots.. have made a fortune over the years. 30 years time.. I Had to melt snow to develop the color film. I had no water. Only snow. Those crappy photographs have been in numerous books and publications; they have won many awards.

but the main point you are missing is that the US state department does not allow a 6-10 year old to renounce US citizenship and nothing a parent, step parent or any other adult can do will affect that. not adoption, not divorce not the hokey pokey.

nope. i said depending on the resolution there would still be degrees of distortion saving a file as a jpeg.
