I don't care who funds RT, and I don't see Russia as our enemy. We don't have to base our foreign policy on good guys and bad guys. Seems like you're still living in the 1950's cold war footing. Walk up, the Russians people are not our enemy, in the near future they are going to be our biggest fossil fuel suppliers.
On this topic, where is their killing spree report flawed? They are simply reporting what the villagers are saying. Is our media covering it the same or are they covering up for the military, ahain??? Is the military looking into what other members of the shooter's unit were doing that nite? Are they examining the shell casing to determine who's weapons may have been used ay the crime scenes? Is our media even asking the questions?

What can I say Buzz? I explained what RT is and backed it up by numerous, credible sources. I explained that I do not think that idiots read it. It is slick, propaganda. It's easy to fall for it. What I do think is idiotic is persisting in thinking of it as a credible news source after doing some research on it -- where it originates, how it operates, etc. You'll find no independent, credible news media watchdog source thinks of it as anything other than propaganda.

I think that the average American Communist was smarter than the average American in 1938. Your whole series of posts on RT are a huge FAILURE. I have looked at your citations and they do not say what you're claiming they say. There isn't any that claim that RT is not a legitimate news source. And you have completely failed to offer Any support to your contention that they report propaganda instead of solid news.
I got your OPINION, but your opinion doesn't carry much weight. You haven't backed anything up except to repeat you boogie man far mongering. So what about Putin, as what about old .GB ties, how does that change what they report? If it is concise and factual, that is all that matters.

The Dan Rather peice on Bush's supposedly forged Guard documents comes to mind. I believed Dan Rather's story and hoped it would expose W as a fraud and take him down in the 2004 election. Ummm....no, actually, the CBS report was factual, the source was a forged document (likely cleverly planted by a Rove surrogate) that was designed expressly to kill the story of Bush being AWOL. That Mary Mapes was immediately fired and Rather also let go prematurely for something FOX does on a regular basis (make mistakes using bogus sources) only reinforces how a corporate media will go after those who are in bed with the propagandists, like the Bush family
