• Sexual harassment**

Or of the following:
• Grand theft (over $300.00)
• Hate crime
• Hazing (felony)
• Motor vehicle theft
• Other major crimes/incidents
• Sale and/or distribution of alcohol and/or controlled substances
• Sex offenses (other) (including possession and/or
distribution of obscene or lewd materials)
Or possibly even of the following, each of which carries a minimum suspension of ten days:
• Aggravated assault
• Aggravated battery against a non-staff member
• Armed robbery
• Arson
• Assault/Threat against M-DCPS employees or persons
conducting official business
• Battery or Aggravated battery against M-DCPS employees
or persons conducting official business*
• Homicide
• Kidnapping/Abduction
• Making a false report/threat against the school*
• Sexual battery
• Possession, use, sale, or distribution of firearms, explosives,
destructive devices, and other weapons.
But whatever the reason, it‘s a case that you’ll probably be hearing more about in the future.

Yea to set a child back from their studies for two full weeks is definitely not because of chronic tardiness....That doesn't mean he deserved to be killed by any means. But it is important to show how this story is becoming seriously manufactured and people on all sides are being coached.
Zimmerman has a prior record, Martin had none. He was suspended for 10 days his family refuses to say why. However it's suggested it had to do with tardiness. His English teacher said he was a good student. Doubt she would say otherwise in this climate but there you have it.
Well obviously, if you get suspended from high school you deserve to be shot in the chest by some block watching moron.
