The syg law passed with Bipartisan support, Unanimously in the Senate and 94-20 in the House. Both parties are responsible for this mess of a law.
The law has nothing to do with it. The police botched this case so bad they had to scapegoat this law. And of course the anti-self-defense groups have taken up their banner.
We are talking about acknowleding racism. I recognize that it exist, you choose to believe that it was erased after the 60's
Racism will disappear when underclass ghetto blacks quit acting like animals, and you and your ilk know it, but are in a constant state of denial or accept this behavior as completely normal
Agreed. From what I see so far, Zimmerman instigated this.
It doesn't matter under the syg law who 'instigated' a confrontation. None of the stuff gz can be blamed for --- having a gun, following tm, getting out of his car, etc.--- really makes a bit of difference as the syg law is written.
Eddie, the entire Appalachia encompasses a huge area, most of which is not ghetto, the southern sections, Mississippi, Kentucky probably are the poorest areas. and by the way there are many poor black areas there also.
I
So all in all, I don't currently see how Zimmerman had a right to chase after an unarmed kid half his size and gun him down in "self defense". It does not make sense.
You're using the word chase very arbitrarily...
Of course it doesn't make sense when you are looking at if from a clear bia and/or filtering all the information that is available (which is very little).
