If this get's the "war on drugs" going back to full strength I am all for it. We need to start locking up our nations illegal drug users, In particular lock up crack, meth, heroin, and now bath salt users. they are bad people and they are breaking the law. It would be such a sweet and innocent culture with no drug users in the mix. No one would have to worry about their face being eaten by some drug crazed barbarian.

Jay there is no such thing as innocence and i am not about to sacrifice personal freedoms over something as bizarre and uncommon as this. If you feel so inclined there are totalitarian countries that have extremely low drug abuse rates that you could move to, if you're honestly that concerned about having your face eaten by someone who took drugs.

BTW the Zombie Attacker was not a homeless person, but just someone attending the hip-hop festival at South Beach. The victim was homeless.

The attacker tore off the victims clothes, so the gun would have been stripped at that point. The victim was slepping when the attack occurred.

40% of Americans smoked or still smoke marijuana. Should we lock them all up? This was one incident, how many people were killed under the influence of alcohol, should we outlaw that also?

In this case the victim had a longer criminal record, more past arrests than the attacker.
