Your over reacting... Your state more then likely requires auto insurance and your home financer requires you to have home owners insurance... Health insurance will be the same...

I agree with the others, upholding the mandate as a tax opens the way to single payer which is what this SHOULD have been from the start and what every single other 1st world nation has.
This is very cool... I'm a bit surprised.. It is a good thing. I figured if they didn't we would have to look at Social security too.... Im sure the right is boiling now.... oh well. get over it, move on.
Our country is pathetic, and since when are children "26 years old"...you become an adult at 18! I hate that madate, as well as the madate that people "have" to buy insurance...there is so many loopholes for paying, that you not only have to pay your insurance, but also have to pay for whatever procedure you are having done!

Correction: legal residents. Because illegal aliens will be all set. Get to live here illegally and still won't pay a damn fine.

We already have to buy auto insurance. No we don't have to drive or own a car but if we do, we are "mandated" "required" to purchase auto insurance.
