Not sure how much that arguement will add. People already made up their minds if they like Obamacare or not. This doesn't change opinions much (but may change voter enthusiasm).
For sure.

The upholding of OCare guarantees a Romney win.

For all of us who supported Obamacare, this is a great day guys! We won! And with the help of the Bush-appointed Chief Justice at that! Obamacare isn't perfect (I would have preferred the public option), but the ACA is much better than the status quo. I give you all my virtual hugs. Obama 2012!!!

The ACA was upheld by the SCOTUS, DEAL WITH IT!!!!!!!!! Go have some crow, go wash the egg off your face!

I am dealing with it and will deal with it much more in the months leading up to November. If you think the silent majority of Americans are going to let left wing nut cases run health care, you're sadly mistaken.

From SCOTUS blog:

Quote:
In Plain English: The Affordable Care Act, including its individual mandate that virtually all Americans buy health insurance, is constitutional. There were not five votes to uphold it on the ground that Congress could use its power to regulate commerce between the states to require everyone to buy health insurance. However, five Justices agreed that the penalty that someone must pay if he refuses to buy insurance is a kind of tax that Congress can impose using its taxing power. That is all that matters. Because the mandate survives, the Court did not need to decide what other parts of the statute were constitutional, except for a provision that required states to comply with new eligibility requirements for Medicaid or risk losing their funding. On that question, the Court held that the provision is constitutional as long as states would only lose new funds if they didn't comply with the new requirements, rather than all of their funding.

So once again we see Obummer and his crooked administration are LIARS. This is a tax! Typical of the nasty left. This is no victory for Obummer, because now he has to admits he lied. This will bode well for Romney as they campaign.

Oh well, it will be repealed once Romney gets in office.
