Many have challenged the word of God. They have failed.

Then there's global warming.

And they wonder why we laugh at them.

If you shoot a woman and the fetus dies, just about every state will charge you with murder.

Hmmmmmmmm.......

Well there is scientific evidence proving Global Warming is happening.

As Albert Einstein puts it, "Science without religion is lame, Religion without science is blind."

No reason why both can't co-exist.

That's because the law is inconsistent across the board. It will never be one side or the other, so blame the law makers not those who happen to get charged underneath it.

You're really making women look ultra stupid.

Seriously...women who are that stupid should be sterilized. That would solve the abortion problem, too.
I noticed you never responded to my post from last night, so I'll ask again.

What about people who do use birth control, but that birth control fails?

Then what do you propose to inspire more people to practice personal responsibility? Most conservatives don't have a clue as to how to get people off of welfare.

To me, it should be up to the woman to file murder charges, unless the baby is far along, then the state.

Would it matter? It's the same thing.

But I wouldn't expect a highly educated person to get it.

Here's your clue:

ABORTION: To abort, to stop. 3.
to fail, cease, or stop at an early or premature stage.

Here's another clue for you. When a woman miscarries, it used to be medically deemed an abortion. I don't know if it still is.

Words do have several meanings, doncha know.

Scientific American is just a blog? I honestly am left speechless. It's been in circulation since the mid 1800's and among the authors it has published is Albert Einstein.

You have the baby. Sex isn't a God-given right. When you have sex, you understand that even with protection/birth control/etc., there's still a minute chance you can get pregnant.
