This election has come down to this decision.

Do you want to elect a Socialist or a Capitalist?

When you see someone promoting socialism it is not about creating a fair playing field- Once established a whole new set of rich and abusive elites form...This is what happened in Russia - China - Cuba and so on..When a leader says we are going to re-distribute wealth- They really mean we are going to further concentrate it.
exactly, it is the ILLUSION of redistribution that allows them to take over, just as the illusion of war allows the redistribution of money to the top--and what have americans actually won with these wars? (what a crazy foreign policy we have, anyway)

you can't just take the money without an excuse, and wars and social programs fit the bill, don't they? (welll you can actually take the money but we aren't there just yet). we have trillions of dollars being appropriated for this now, and what does the common man have to show for it-except higher food and fuel prices?

if obama cared at all, he could have prosecuted the criminals, but he didn't.

how does someone actually claim to literally lose billions of dollars and get away with it in this country?

what about the reintroduction of glass-steagall? or any reform, for that matter.

no, what we have here is the foxes guarding the henhouse, promising everybody free eggs in exchange for allowing them to stay in the henhouse. will that end well?

They've both been seen as moderates by their repective parties. We've seen one as president and the other as a governor. It should be close either way.

one thing romney did as governor:

Romney closed corporate tax loopholes, generating an additional $174 million in the first year, according to the Massachusetts Department of Administration and Finance. (Other groups, like the National Conference of State Legislatures, estimated the figure as high as $280 million.)

The biggest loophole targeted banks and investment firms, which created real estate companies to shelter their assets and avoid paying taxes. In March 2003, Romney signed a bill into law banning the practice retroactively to 1999. That June, the state reached a settlement to recoup $110 million from 65 banks that had moved their assets into real estate investment trusts.

i don't see the media discussing that.

It's not the job of the media to create Romney talking points. That's the job of the Romney campaign. But since his campaign wants to almost forget that Romney was the Governor of Mass. and focus on his 'business experience,' they don't bring up any accomplishments as Gov., like a comprehensive healthcare plan.

Lol, retroactive MITTENS at it again.

Sounds like he went after his corporate raider competition... Maybe to give Bain a competitive advantage??? How was Bain affected?

Obama never would have made it as a businessman.

I don't even think he would have made it through business school.

Obama has no business running the United States of America. He is destroying it.

Obama 16 trillion in debt. Its only money and hey he didnt spend it by himself. He had help. LOL
Obama essentially no change in the unemployed numbers. Billions spent and no real change. Could be because he knows nothing about managing anything.
Obama activist. Has used this country for a social experiment. Looks like the experiment has failed.
Obama not an evil man, but he is the wrong man for the job.

Sounds like he's weening us onto the Marxist philosophy... Little bits of spoon feeding at a time. In time, the Communist Manifesto will be required reading for all K-12 students. Obama will smile as he sends his little warriors out to transform this country in his image. This is what happens when you elect left wing, anti American values radicals. I can't imagine America is stupid enough to give this guy another 4 years, but if he keeps throwing the class warfare card heavy enough, it might be game over. It's certainly not good that the Republicans are fronting a weak, uninspiring, out of touch country club frequenting corporate suck up. If Romney looses, it's hard to decide whose most to blame... The easily impressionable American public, or the completely out of touch Republi-cons...
