So when the left use actual nooses and effigies hanging from them there is no racist symbolism ?
But a chair tied to a tree with a rope is all racist and we're going back to post Civil War days.

Lynching was an action that was applied to black people in the south. Get it?
Not exclusively - the largest mass lynching to take place in the United States was in new Orleans(the South) and involved 11 Italians whom were executed. NIAF MileStones
Furthermore - it requires a leap of imagination(not to mention an unhealthy hangup on race) to conect the chair to lynching. That was the farthest thing from my mind when I saw the picture. It is rather disturbing that it is the first thing that you think of - as is the fact that some people see the president as a black man rather than as a human being and the president of the United States.
How come people didn't see that chair hanging and think "Oh that guy listened to Clint Eastwood and agrees with him" ?
Clint Eastwood did talk to the empty chair just recently.
What if the guy put a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in that chair and hung the chair ? Is that double racism ?

Yeah.... because NOTHING was ever seen (and rightfully so, in several cases) as racist before Obama even came into the national conscious....
