where was the outrage about that idiot in office Darrel Issa releasing sensitive information without blacking out names of people that are U.S. allies and thereby putting lives in danger as well as making others not want to help us in the M.E. for fear of "certain" politicians doing something so monumentally stupid as what he did.
Every single document that was made public was already cleared for release.....but don't let that fact get in your way.
It's now a historical FACT, proven by actual cables and telephone calls that they were begging for help which never came.
They have drugs for ADD. This thread is about the response. Please stay on topic. Start your own thread about cables and telephone calls. I think you should take recon's advice. You lost the argument a long time ago.
The consulate in Libya was no more than a front for a CIA operation. It was not under the control of the state department, but under the control of General Patreus (CIA Director). The operatives were using the consulate as cover.
It is easy to understand why there has not been a lot of information coming out about who was responsible. We still have assets there, and they are investigating as to how much of this was the fault of General Patreus. We are also trying to catch the terrorists.
The Fox interview that went horribly wrong for Fox. Classic.
This is quick sand for Faux News. Benghazi is where they have jumped the shark. I think this will be the end for them. They already had no credibility now they are going to be seen for what they really are, which is just a trashy tabloid, no different than the national enquirer.
Wow, some heads need to roll here, is no one doing their freaking jobs any more? Did the general say the rapid response forces were not ready to roll? So, even though we had all kinds of intel on increased terrorist activity, and warnings of impending terror attacks in Libya, we had nothing prepared to respond to aid our US personnel in Libya?????
On another thread about a week ago i stated it looked like a cia mission gone bad. Now stuff is coming out to that effect. It explains the cover story. Thats a typical cia ploy.
So why did Obama and his minions keep insisting it was a protest over a film that got out of control and didn't just tell the American people that it looked like terrorists had attacked our consulate?

So this excuses Obama from being blissfully ignorant about all things Libya, and being unable, to this day, to talk straight with the American people?
Notice that once again, we are not learning anything from this White House, if it were not for congressional hearing, leakers and investigative reporters picking up diaries, and sensitive US state department documents off the Benghazi consulate floor, days and weeks later, we'd still think it was nothing but a movie protest that got out of control.
Every post you make just proves what an inept and clueless ignoramus Obama is as a president, the guy is a dumb as a stump and dense as a rock.
Maybe if Obama had attended his intel meetings each morning he would have been up to speed on everything. Well playing golf in the cool mornings is much better than waiting until it gets hot in the afternoon plus that is when he takes his nap.
Obama was either not there (gone to bed) or utterly incompetent in the whole affair. I guess the buck doesn't stop there anymore.
