An arms race has begun between civilians and the government. Civilians are arming up, government is doing so as well. Only one thing lurks in all of their minds: civil war.
According to one estimate, just since last spring DHS has stockpiled more than 1.6 billion bullets, mainly .40 caliber and 9mm. That's sufficient firepower to shoot every American about five times. Including illegal immigrants.
To provide some perspective, experts estimate that at the peak of the Iraq war American troops were firing around 5.5 million rounds per month. At that rate, DHS is armed now for a 24-year Iraq war.
This has already been explained. They have a number of training facilities around the country and each facility serves to train and certify people from a number of different agencies.
There is no conspiracy. They are not preparing for war.
They just want our law enforcement people to know how to operate their firearms.

I guess you are right, I am sure this is real outrage for the OP, but I wonder if it is because he thinks the government is coming from him, but seeing you seem to agree with him I will ask you the same question.
The high capacity magazines are designed for one thing: the mass slaughter of innocents. That is why they belong in government hands only.
actually, they belong in the peoples hands and not the governments. in fact most if not all fleas agencies should even exist at all.
without the people owning private firearms, the feds would be still shooting flintlocks.
