So plenty of curious 15 year old straight boys must remember having oral sex with their 18 year old or so female friend or relative and probably thought less of a big deal when found out.

Is hitting your 15 year old son with a plastic cord really that 'ignorant' after you saw him getting a BJ in YOUR house by his 18 year old cousin? What would you do, wag your finger? Count to 3? I think it's a tame response, mine would be far bigger.
