my husband doesn't see anything wrong with it. he says the disabled woman is enterprising. I just think it is disgusting that the rich are allowed to pass their sense of entitlement to their children while generations of poor people get blamed for all of society's ills. (it's also criminal how much Disney world charges for their front of the line passes.)
They don't have front of the lines passes. Universal does but not Disney. They do have fast passes that are free. You go get them and it tells you what time to come back to that ride. You then go in the fast pass line when it is time.
My mom is disabled and it really chaps my hide to see people abusing handicapped spaces. Drives me nuts.
Most of the handicapped spaces I see are empty, unless it's a place with lots of senior citizens. Unless they are always full and people who are disabled can't find places to park I really don't think about it ever. My dad has a pass, so does a good friend of mine, they have never had a problem finding spots anywhere but I can see how it would be annoying if they did.
I don't have the money but have the disability and I still feel guilty about using it.
Do I resent someone paying to "use" a disability to go to the head of the line? About as much as I resent healthy people using a handicap plate to park when the person who's issued the plate is not in the car.
That would be quite a bit by the way.

Everyone's phone is capable of taking pictures these days. You should have fun getting revenge for your hate. All you have to do is send the photo to the appropriate authorities.
I think most are missing the point. The rich have become entitled, the way Mitt Romney thought he was entitled to be president. The manhattan rich never get wet in the rain. They come out of their apartments, the doorman holding an umbrella hails a cab while they wait under the canopy, when they get to their destination, they receive the same treatment.
A natural extension of this is believing you are better than the rabble and deserve special treatment. It's ok, we are giving a handicapped person a job. They shouldn't pay taxes either -- they're job creators!
Never heard of, just because you can do something, doesn't mean that you should?
it's a symbiotic relationship...the disabled kid gets to go to Disneyland and the rich kid get to learn his parent[s] are pukes...works out well for everyone.
Yes she is and she slaps the ones around that think they are above her too
Karma only slaps those that need to be slapped or want to be slapped... and I'm telling her what you said about her – she will not be pleased, muleskinner .
