Zimmerman tells the police that his keys are in the ignition -which is odd considering his paranoia about the nogoodniks and high crime in his neighborhood. The police at the scene did not realize that Zimmerman had arrived by truck, allowed the truck to be moved (by themselves or George's wife) and did not impound it. I hope more comes out about the truck.
OOOOH good point! Why would someone who is so worried about the crime in the area leave his truck with the keys in it? Now I'm really wondering if there actually was someone else in the truck and why have'nt they been mentioned.
Given the circumstance of a larger man on top of me pounding my head on the concrete and banging my nose with his fist and telling me "your gonna die ****", hmm what would I do if I could reach my gun?
Maybe I would pull it out and point it at him and scare him with it. Hmm
It is kind of hard to not to get blood all over you shooting upward into someone's heart and lungs. I guess the Laws of physics does not apply to this guy either

Yep, right in the side of the melon (temple area)! Not a whole lot of blood really, small bullet didn't exit but did the trick quite nicely. Turned him room temperature real quick which was his goal.

Actually, the dozen poundings of his head on the concrete didn't happen. That was a fabrication, a lie on Zimmerman's part.
