Sure, but in this case I agree with the conservative side of the Supreme Court. I am pro-crime fighting. You side with the liberal side, and that's understnadable.

Technology makes something that was once rare into a regular occurrence. I agree, it's for identification purposes, and not all that different from a finger print.
Will they build a huge data base of DNA files? Will they use it as identification in Passports ect?
As identity theft sky rockets, bio-metric identification is probably going to become more common.
