Yeah, so a key part if Z's account is proven again. And the cuts in the back of his head happened during that no matter if Mr. Good saw it or not. The cuts arent fake.

The State is trying, but so far they're not proving their own case. If they dint have a smoking gun, I dont think this should've ever gone to trial.

Well they do have their star witness that can't read cursive and changed her story several times and had her twitter account cleaned of underage drinking and doing drugs.
