I know that there was a man that was being harassed by an employer via text messages. he immediately deleted each message. He never replied to them. When he went for unemployment, he was at loss to prove harassment. His cell carrier was able to retrieve those messages, which went on for months, with the date and time stamps still intact.
If those messages and images are really there why could that not be done in this case.

I don't think so. He's terrible. If I was on the jury I would disregard pretty well everything he says.
He didn't ask Zimmerman what Zimmerman was doing during the fight. He didn't ask how the fight proceeded from the T to 30 feet away. He said "no one had a weapon in this fight." He evaluated Trayvon's fitness from photos and news items that Trayvon used to play football in middle school. And yet he's here to explain the fight.

The expert said the gun was used at very close quarters and thus martin didnt see it and be able to stare down the barrel. Dont twist the REAL FACTS..Martin was on top = a fact. He was hurting Zimmerman= a fact..Zimmerman "got him off of him" =a fact . Wish as hard as you may but this is a clear case of self defense and zimmerman will be found not guilty.
Hypothetical: If Zimmerman is convicted (murder 2, manslaughter, whatever), and there is an appeal, will he have this same defense team?
Just curious, because in my opinion, West has really contributed very little, and in some ways, has actually been a detriment. I have also found his questioning of witnesses to be repetitive, droning, and boring (again, I haven't watched every minute of the trial).
O'Mara, on the other hand, has done a good job, is respectful to everyone (as much as I've seen, anyway), and doesn't tell stupid knock-knock jokes.
Or, will Zimmerman have the option to choose a different lawyer or lawyers for an appeal? And, if he wants this same team, do they have the option to decline?

Exactly. That is why the judge ruled as she did. My daughter has taken mine when I took hers away and she could have done any thing without my knowledge. I learned that when i would get a text from a kid that I didn't know. I know try to carry mine with me and not leave on the table.
