Ol' dumb Bernie has done an excellent job of reminding the jury there were crimes committed in the neighborhood, most particularly the one against the young woman home alone with 2 small children.
Listening to Bernie, I would have to say Charlie Day would be the best person to play him in a movie. Their voices are similar. (Charlie Day is the shorter of the three guys in 'Horrible Bosses")
BDLR is misleading the Jury. Of the 5 calls to non-emergency, the lady from that dept says 3 resulted in arrests. He keeps saying he thinks only one was arrested.
This idiot prosecutor is making up words and introducing things that never were said or happened. He knows he has lost. He sounds like Bob Dole when he debated Bill Clinton and starting throwing out all the "whitewater and monica lewinsky" stuff at the end.
