So? Following does not equal confronting, that takes the person being followed to stop at some point and turn around initiating the confrontation. Keep moving, no confrontation. Simple concept really.
I think the repeated use of "whatever" is sabotaging his own case for the defense. Miserable presentation.
Perception means that you think that way and I on the other hand think he is doing a excellent job. Therefore no one can predict a verdict until it is announced.
"I'm okay with people believing what they want to believe," when speaking about the screams on the tape. If he really believes that then that should apply to the defense's witnesses as it does for Trayvon's family. Oh, but HIS witnesses are the credible ones.
You do realize the witnesses whose testimony bolstered the defense were PROCECUTION witnesses who flipped, don't you?
You are forgetting that George himself identified Trayvon as a "late teen" to the dispatcher.
Late teen could be 19 years of age. You are an adult at age 18 in FL. GZ's dispatcher description is not an
identifiable fact at the time of the incident, for the definition used in that statue, that would be used.
That's why it was ridiculous.
The judge didn't allow it anyways, along same lines of thinking, I would guess.
