There is no evidence that Trayvon was committing a crime, or intending to commit a crime on the night in question. You can't follow someone and shoot them to death because of what you think they might do.
You keep dropping context. Trayvon was not shot because Zimmerman suspected that he was a burglar. Trayvon was shot because he had assaulted Zimmerman, broken his nose, and was slamming his head into the ground.
And as five of the six jurors are mothers, they won't find the death of a teenager a source of amusement,

Exactly. It takes a mean-spirited person to find death amusing. Some will see the laughing as being obnoxious. This man is a forensic pathologist, not God. He doesn't know everything. It is quite telling that the only statements he's reviewed are Zimmerman's and Good's. We all know Zimmerman got hit. Nothing he can say has anything to do with how it started or if Zimmerman had any ill-will or spite.

I am hoping that the closing arguments of the prosecution drives these very pertinent inconsistencies/lies home for the jury to ponder.
