When does a direct order given and not followed become o.k.? I don't know who's right or wrong,but had GZ followed instruction's. we would'nt be discussing anything.
Then why do you believe TM was screaming because of the gun? Even the state doesn't believe that.
I'll dumb it down for you. TM saw the gun because Z was aiming it at his chest. TM could not have seen the gun in the way that Z says he saw the gun (in the back of Z's pants).

In those four minutes he was searching for TM so he could tell police where he was when they got there. At the end of the call is when he was told not to follow. On the way back to the truck is when all of the sudden TM appeared. This is documented in the dispatch timeline.
At the end of the call, Z told the dispatcher to just have the police call him to find out where he is when they arrive.
