There's a difference between common themes and beating the audience over the head with political propaganda dressed up as entertainment. Rich people=bad/poor people=good isn't a theme, it's a simple-minded statement made by rich people who think they're the exception to the rule.

Meanwhile, they just announced three more sequels to Avatar, a movie with couldn't-be-less-obvious messages about environmentalism and the military being evil.
