I doubt. Your typical atheist could care less about what people of other religions do as long as it's not supported by taxpayer money.

Many might have a problem with that. It's possible that they would want Churches, Temples, Mosques, Synagogues, etc. to be taxed.

I haven't heard it. If I could hear it, or bells of any sort, I'm probably complain about it because where I live now is peaceful and there is no noise from businesses in the area.

The loudest calls to prayer I have ever found in US cities have been the ringing of Catholic bells on Sundays. Although not religious I do seem to like them!

It was an issue in Hamtramck MI a few years ago. Not sure what ever became of it. I don't think it was just atheists complaining though.
