Funny how you can't discuss an idea, you only attack individuals.

I'm sorry, you can't get ANYTHING "back".

Every dime you get is just earnings confiscated from someone else.

What do you mean "all private employer insurance programs"?

If employers want to buy insurance, they should be free to do so.

Employees should be smart enough to demand it NOT be done, that THEY choose what they need, not an employer.

Not really. I drive on public roads. I had to go renew my car registration at the DMV this month. The DMV is funded by taxes. These are things that all Americans have to do. We all pay taxes to do so. Yes, we all get at least something back in some way.

The stop/loss for Obamacare is 6,350 dollar per year for all plans . Its about 3,000 for Medicare and I suspect much less for Tricare and VA. The Bronze plan requires 40% co-pay up to $6,350. Is this too liberal?? How much money do you think people have laying around for health care. They wont go when they have to scrape by. I suspect you are on Medicare or VA. So what would you suggest?

Those things amount to a percentage of what we pay in taxes that is so small, that you can't actually SEE it on a pie chart.

It has been upheld as the law of the land. Dislike it, fine, I am not a major fan of it, but the GOP needs to become rational. Repeal is not gonna happen w/o all of these items:

(1) GOP POTUS
(2) GOP SEnate supermajority 60+
(3) GOP House

Unless all occur, repeal efforts are a waste of time.

http://blog.pacificlegal.org/wordpre...nt-9-10-12.pdf

After attempts to declare the controversial law illegal, the United States Supreme Court last summer ruled that the individual mandate in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was essentially a tax. Today, Obamacare remains the law of the land. While there are still many lawsuits in play challenging aspects of Obamacare in the nation’s courts, only one — the constitutional challenge by Pacific Legal Foundation, Sissel v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, goes to the very heart of Obamacare — its taxes were illegally constituted.

Really? Please explain (in detail) how our lives would be MUCH better without most of the Federal Government.
