Spending taxpayer dollars on taxpayers goes against everything they stand for.
I like putting $15000 charges on my amex too.

That does not make it a viable action to continue.

Sorry, but I can't get excited about that.
They are high but only for those who make over 400% of poverty. That's not enough reason to scrap the program. One figure I saw was they were 24% higher for those people but its really difficult to make a judgment until all the States come out. Why not make changes instead of tossing the whole thing out. By the way Medicare doesn't make its recipients pay more until they make about 10 times poverty level or $150,000 per couple. Medicare is at least as heavily subsidized as ACA and no one is complaining about that.

Care to explain what specifically "sucks?"

This "idiot" for one, and every other "idiot" in my office, has already benefited from Obamacare. We all have family insurance plans with the company and because of the ACA, our 19+ year old children got to stay on those family plans until 26.

My 21 year old son had to be rushed to the hospital last week with an appendicitis. That hospital visit would have cost him about $10,000 out-of-pocket. So, I do know what the ACA policies are and they don't suck. According to the data that is coming from exchanges, the rates are lower than expected.

THANKS OBAMA!!!

Because as of now, it's the only alternative that the uninsured have for obtaining a measure of security concerning their options for coverage. Single Payer was the way to go, but sadly, the Democrats and Obama caved.

What amazing spin. The law provides health care insurance to millions who lack; reduces costs for many -- including the government; and keeps children on parent's plans until 26 and eliminates the ability for an ins. co. to drop someone for pre-existing conditions. It also mandates that 85% of premiums must be spend on medical care, not advertising or CEO pay.

But that's besides the point. It's the law. What the GOP wants to do is hold the American economy hostage until we concede to their demand to defund Obamacare. "If you don't ditch Obamacare, America gets it!"
