In some poor villages in Africa, people who took the oral polio vaccine spread polio through their fecum in the local water supply.

The only way you can reallly get sick from a Vac (assuming you dont' have AIDS or something) is if your allergic to a key ingrident (such as eggs)
You want to put millions (that is the study here, not thousands) of lives at jeporady for a 1 in a 100,000 egg allergy (that can be predicted and avoided?)
Your argument is really . so what if millions are saved, there is a chance someone might get sick because I heard it from my brother in law who knows these things 'cause he is on the internet

The fun part about polio is that once you get it, its to late. Now its a 1 in 200 to paralize you.. .mind you. But the anti-vac kids in boston or whatever won't start walking again if they get the vac later

The only sites I can find with polio vaccines being the cause of polio are the paranoid anti-vax sites, like Greenmedinfo, Natural News and Infowars.
They can even give vaccines to people with egg allergies now. It has to be in incremental doses at the doctor's office.
Actually, there is a flu vaccine for adults that is egg-free this year. Also, the CDC has concluded that most people with egg allergy can get "regular" flu vaccine. Our office has given a lot of shots this year to people w/egg allergy (on the OK of their allergist) and has not had a problem.

The link I provided is an international organization comprised of MEDICAL DOCTORS, and other medical professionals .... not conspiracy theorists. Their opposition to vaccines is based on their own DIRECT EXPERIENCE .... WITH REAL PATIENTS ... rather than propaganda produced by pharmaceutical corporations, and their PROFITEERING dispensing agents.
The history of smallpox vaccination is well documented, and not subject to THEORIES or speculation. Jenner, the "inventor" was not even a trained medical professional at the time, and later received a medical certification for the sum of 5 pounds sterling, and not a single class or test.
His vaccine was based on a wive's tale that "milkmaids" exposed to cowpox never got smallpox, but even in those days, real medical doctors ridiculed the idea because there was plenty of evidence to show that milkmaids indeed did get smallpox. Nevertheless, Jenner proceeded to claim otherwise, using the puss of cowpox pustules as the vaculating agent, even though coxpox and smallpox are entirely different viruses, rendering the cowpox discharge as useless, based on the modern definitions of how vaccination confers protection. For vaccination to be effective (according to the science of immunology ) the vaculating agent must be an exact match to the virus for which the vaccine is said to offer protection. Even flu vaccines become ineffective when a particular strain of influenza virus slight change such as antigenic shift or drift ... which is why you are told you need a flu shot annually.
So, very conveniently, the NEW fairytale to defend the former now claims that in this special case of smallpox, the cowpox virus is "similar enough" to have worked so wonderfully, which is nothing short of a steaming pile of cow manure. Truth is, it could not possibly have worked, and of course, the truth is, it didn't just "not work" but it left a trail of death everywhere the vaccine was introduced. Areas where the local populations were vaccinated experienced MUCH HIGHER incidents and death from smallpox, than areas unvaccinated. Based on massive protests, the mandatory smallpox vaccinations in Europe were repealed, but continued in the US for several decades.
The facts are, by the early 1900's there was overwhelming evidence to prove the harmfulness of smallpox vaccination, and no one who has actually studied the real history could possibly come to any other conclusion. This is why it now requires no "tinfoil" to understand thta it was a deliberate fraud, with deliberate efforts to conceal from an unsuspecting and trusting public the truth about smallpox vaccine, and in so doing, conceal the greater fraud in injecting poison into healthy people as a means to promote health.
Back in those days, they also used to bleed people as an accepted medical practice. Not long before, they used to drill holes in people's heads to let out the evil spirits causing fever and convulsions.
I understand that for many people, it's really hard to admit they have been hoodwinked so badly ... much easier to remain in denial ..... but doing so sacrifices health and common sense for the sake of ego. You might just as well defend the "head drilling" practice, as to defend smallpox vaccination ..... both are EQUALLY effective, and just as absurdly assinine.
