"This president has brought us out of the dark and into the light."
-- Michelle Obama

Street vendors across downtown Charlotte selling posters depicting Obama as Jesus Christ ... One poster features an image of the president in prayer with the headline, “Prophecy Fulfilled.”

Obama's real name is Barry Soetoro but he changed it to Barack Obama

“Barak is of Hebrew origin and its meaning is ‘flash of lightning,” the poster notes, referencing a passage in in the Old Testament book of Judges. Hussein, they allege, is a Biblical word meaning “good and handsome.”

I really can't understand that. These are the same people who would scoff at those who believe in a Supreme Being --- but a mere human who never really accomplished much of anything -- they will put all their faith and trust in him.

Liberals seem to have a god-like awe of their politicians.

They say that the worse time to make an important decision is when you are emotional. Advertisers try to elicit emotion to sell their products all the time. The emotion of joy "if you buy" makes some people forget the consequences. Being desperate, angry, jealousy, are all negative emotions that allow someone who promises to save them or to do harm to others that have more than them, easy to take advantage of them.

At a rally on the campus in Raleigh, N.C. Obama went to drum up support for his jobs bill, this happened.

AUDIENCE MEMBER: I love you, Barack!

THE PRESIDENT: I love you back. (Applause.) But first — but if you love me — if you love me, you got to help me pass this bill. (Applause.) If you love me, you got to help me pass this bill.

Newsweek editor Evan Thomas, June 6, 2009 "We stand for something - I mean, in a way Obama's standing above the country, above above the world, he's sort of God."

"Yeah," Chris "shiver up my leg" Matthews whines back.

We know the media is complaining that the Obama administration only allows pictures from the presidents photographer.

Who could live up to this kind of praise?? Only a perfect man who surrounded himself with perfect people. There was no way he could have lived up to those expectations.
