I answered it. Don't like it oh well. Battling with such a person is getting old and boring..
I will have to find my pay stub...either way paying for someone's health insurance LOL
Oh well. Both me and wife work therefore our taxes are going towards anything we use anyways...its not what's good for the individual but what's best for the whole community.
I can no longer afford to buy my own health insurance thanks to the ACA but I'm glad that my tax dollars can still pay for someone else to have health insurance. That seems really fair to me.
So lets translate this, you're all fine and dandy with not paying healthcare costs, and giving this money to the government instead, meaning you arent really paying more, are you? While youre also fine with others who have more money than you, PAYING MORE..
Yes you indeed have no problem giving away other peoples money, exactly what I said.
If they work, then why do we have record numbers living on welfare? Is that what they are designed to do? Increase the welfare rolls? I thought they were designed to lift people up, not down..
Why are you blaming programs like welfare for the actions of those in power???? That makes absolutely no sense at all. Thank goodness we do have these social safety nets otherwise thousands of Americans would be up ****'s creek without a paddle.
No, you said that everyone would pay for it. That means MY taxes would also go up.
If you or your SO works, then yes your taxes would go up.
When I said everyone, I thought it was clear I meant everyone with an income. I guess it wasn't so clear. This is the second time I've clarified it. It shouldn't need to be done again.

And I have family members who can FINALLY afford to buy health insurance thanks to the ACA. I AM glad my tax dollars are paying for others to have health insurance. It IS very fair. Extremely.
Either government needs to take over and we have 1 payer system OR companies need to pay workers more and they get their own insurance. Whichever is fine with me. Funny thing is republicans are against BOTH of these options.
Repubs are not against you working hard, learning a skill, getting a better job and better benefits.
Problem is when folks like you want it given to them.

I think I was clear that many people simply cannot afford for their taxes to rise much more. A large raise in taxes, which would be required for something so large as socialized medicine, would push many into poverty.
