The government. Like I said break the monopoly of international banksters have on your nation issue your own bank notes run by the government and to be used in stores the government runs.

Now that company is out of business. So he's moved on to other companies.

What happens when no stores have any inventory left ?
Good. They were selling them at to high of a price. Would love to see that done to Wal Mart here. Either companies will fall in line and stop trying to profit off of others misery or they will go out of business for good. Once you break that mentality of profits over people then we can move along in a more peaceful manner where people actually give a crap about one another and not how much we can steal from their pockets for profits for the top 1% to keep because we all know it ain't being spread around to the workers actually selling the stuff.

Yup, doing just fine in Europe?

In Canada, waiting for care - How Long Do Canadians Wait for Healthcare? - The Daily Beast
From your link......
According to a new study by Canada's Fraser Institute, surgical waitlists are costing the nation about $1 billion each year in lost productivity. The average Canadian can now expect to wait 9.5 weeks for treatment with a medical specialist, this number up from 9.3 weeks last year.

Please don't quote the Fraser Institute. I got as far as those two words and stopped reading. The Fraser Institute is a joke....a rabidly conservative anti-everything website funded by the Koch Brothers, that will say anything you want them to say, as long as you pay them enough, including how tobacco smoke isn't that harmful to you. The Koch Brothers have interests in tobacco companies.
Might as well quote The Onion or Natural News.

Yes, it is much better IMO for a nation to provide universal healthcare at no cost to all citizens than it is to spend the money sending their sons and daughters to foreign lands to be targets for people who still live in the 10th century and want to kill us. Yes it comes from tax dollars. Every nation in the world has taxes. Where that revenue is applied is what separates those nations between the good, the bad, and the indifferent.

There was an article about an OBGYN who stopped accepting medicaid. Her re-imbursement was only $5000.00. The cost of the hospital room and staff and materials, ran over $5500.00 meaning her payment of $5000, left her in the hole $500, and she didn't get paid personally for her work either.

So? Your idea is, she should accept the fact that she should PAY out of her pocket and make nothing towards her OWN ability to live because we "can't expect them to help their fellow man just out of the kindness of their heart can we!?". . .

I really believe you need to rethink your stance.
Obviously you didn't read my post in this thread where it clearly states that "THE STATES HAVE ALWAYS SET THE PAYMENTS FOR MEDICAID". Not the Feds. As of Jan 1st of 2013 in accordance with the ACA all those states that have opted into the Medicaid expansion MUST pay the same rate to Drs. as the Medicare reembursement by law.

Fact is........

Only Republican states that refuse the ACA Medicaid expansion will still be paying doctors sub standard rates. So this thread is really about how republican dominated states are screwing all their doctors who treat poor people in their state.

THAT"S THE TRUTH AND THE FACTS!>

Only Republican dominated states pay sub standard rates to doctors who treat that state's poor.

Every nation on the planet taxes their citizens in one way or the other.
As a rational, compassionate human being, I would much prefer those tax dollars to go for universal health care for all citizens, cradle to grave, than I would sending our sons and daughters off to foreign lands to be targets for people who still live in the tenth century and want to kill us. I would never........I repeat......never put a financial balance sheet above the welfare of my citizens.

One filled with compassion and that put's the welfare of it's citizens above all other priorities. That is the function of a nation in the first place.

America is a far cry from Venezuela. Dogmatically, financially and politically.
