Yes. This is an accurate quote. It was one of Hitler’s ‘unalterable’ 25 points that he completely ignored after seizing power.
Hitler's Party was labeled National Socialism. What he did was to take the main focus of the Right - Nationalism, and combine it with the main focus of the Left - Socialism.
In reality, the Socialism aspect was cynical opportunism; Hitler was no Socialist. In practice, the Nazi program was whatever was the most expedient at the time. Hitler would make wonderful speeches talking about how his Nazis were for the workers. After he gained power in 1933, he adopted the very first May Day--the holiday of the Communists and Socialists--as a Nazi holiday, holding a huge Nuremberg-type rally to 'celebrate' the German worker. The very next day--May 2--he outlawed all of Germany's labor unions, invaded their offices and arrested their officers. He then forced all of the German workers to join the Nazi Party's 'labor' union, the 'Labor Front.'
