Considering how many healthcare workers have come down with Ebola (and more than half of those infected have died), I think level 4 suits may actually be necessary, especially if around projectile vomiting and changing diapers of people with diarrhea.

Emirates flight # 237 from Dubai landed at Logan reporting 5 passengers with flu- like symptoms. None have traveled in West Africa. Flight has been isolated and responders in space suits are onboard.
This plane holds 315-451 passengers depending on how it is configured. Flight time is 12+ hours. No doubt at least 5 people getting off such a flight have flu- like symptoms, on any given day.
There was a sell off in airline stocks, following this announcement.
None of us know,with certainty, the nationality of every passenger leaving Liberia on Air Maroc or Belgium Air.
