I though the modern woman was for equal right and can do anything a man can do.

Because she worked 4 jobs. Corporate lobbyists are to blame.

How about because she was STUPID and didn't secure the gas can?

Typical liberal. It is NEVER the persons fault. Blame someone else.

Post fail!
She worked for 4 different franchises of the SAME COMPANY. This is the typical left propaganda piece.

would you like to give examples of what the Republicans would not do, that the senate attempted to do? Wouldn't you also think people going to the polls should vote for the candidate, not the party? That is how intelligent voters who are informed normally vote.

I think the poor people, as you put it, get a heck of a lot more help than those who work hard to maintain a middle income life style. They do not depend on help from Uncle Sam.

There ya go. Lets revise my statement. DEMOCRATS in Senate AND House try to help,Republicans in Senate and House REFUSE to help...this flows down to the state level as well as you can see.

I don't have any sympathy for her "hard work" whatsoever. Tens of thousands of people across the country work these jobs and they aren't going to die because they don't keep gasoline in the trunk of their car. She didn't die because she had 4 jobs and worked to death, she asphyxiated on the gas fumes. Give me a break.

Amazing what libs want to spin these day. Huffington Post is full of spinners and propagandists.
harsh but true. Maybe government should outlaw gas cans?

it is very sad that she died
I am 63 and self employed it is not unusual for me to go several weeks with a full day off
I blame the economy of the stupid laws enacted by this president and his party
also the Republicans are not much better
it was stupid, however to keep gas in her car, it would have been better to just keep it in her tank
it was that, not the minimum wage that caused her death, and what a cheap thing to try and paint it that way

But making this tragedy look like it's all the rights fault is tactless. Maybe you should turn your interests towards teaching people NOT to put gas cans in a auto like she did... or... perhaps turn the venom on to the gas can manufacturers to make the cans vapor proof......
I have no venom. I have empathy for the woman ~ a trait many Republicans seem to lack. The gas can is merely a symptom of the underlying issue.

This lady wasn't asking for support from the middle class, was she? She was working 4 jobs.

Let's talk again about the living wage.

Do tell how that fails to translate to 4 jobs.
