There are reports that Nurse Kacie is a trained intelligence officer of the CDC. So, if true, that would explain it all, including her smiling photo opps in Africa. If true (and a number of sources say so), she is not your average nurse with personal “rights” she wants to protect. Reports say that her ties to CDC have been scrubbed from the Net.
