Saddam was failing to abide by the UN Treaty and it was just a matter of time before Saddam would gear up to push the Allies out of Iraq.

Plus the Human rights violations and he was slaughtering the Kurds to the North.

If thats your argument then Bush should have invaded about 5 African nations during his presidency.
