You continue to refuse to answer the question of why you apparently believe our assessment of threats to the US should not have changed after 9/11 and are apparently obsessed with Clinton instead.
WHY do you believe the level of threat to the US from various entities didn't change on 9/11 and remained the same as it was during Clinton's presidency?

Not at all. Everyone knew Iraq had WMDs. Clinton signed into law the Iraq Liberation Act. Any subsequent decisions were based on liberating Iraq, period.

And just WHY was this alleged liberation of Iraq more important to the US than finding/eliminating those who attacked us? THAT is the question, WHY?
Just WHERE does the Constitution make liberating other people a higher priority than protecting Americans?
BTW, there really isn't any clear answer as to why we invaded Iraq.
Yes. The Yellowcake incident. A BIG topic pre-Iraq invasion.
From wikipedia (Niger uranium forgeries):
" The Niger uranium forgeries are forged documents initially revealed by SISMI (Italian military intelligence). These documents seem to depict an attempt made by Saddam Hussein in Iraq to purchase yellowcake uranium powder from Niger during the Iraq disarmament crisis.
On the basis of these documents and other indicators, the governments of the United States and the United Kingdom asserted that Iraq violated United Nations Iraq sanctions by attempting to procure nuclear material for the purpose of creating weapons of mass destruction. "
Actually the definition of WMDs was given to nuculear weapons.
nope WMD has always been NBC...nuclear, biological, and chemical
